NewsFavored provides free Instagram caption tools, bio generators, hashtag generators, and related content. You may use the Service for personal and commercial purposes, including posting captions to social media accounts.

You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download content programmatically, attempt to circumvent any usage limitations, use the Service for spam or misleading content, or violate any applicable laws.

2. Intellectual Property

The captions, copy, tools, and design on NewsFavored are owned by or licensed to NewsFavored. When you copy a caption for your own social media use, you are granted a non-exclusive license for that purpose.

You may not reproduce large portions of our content on other websites, tools, or publications without written permission.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

NewsFavored is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that captions will result in any particular engagement or follower growth. Social media performance depends on many factors outside our control.

4. Limitation of Liability

NewsFavored shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

5. Third-Party APIs

The Viral Shorts feature uses the YouTube Data API. Your use of that feature is also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of YouTube API data.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
